SMART Scientific Research Support Service Corporation (“SMART Research Corp.”), the first local CRO in Vietnam, was established in July 2011 and officially notified to and approved by the Vietnam Ministry of Health (MOH) to cooperate with and support research sites in monitoring clinical trials in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and the high ethical standards, and this commitment is embodied in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Company’s Certificate of Insurance is renewed annually through contracts with reputable insurance providers

• - In 2014, SMART Research further aligned its operations in compliance with MOH’s first regulations governing CRO and SMO activities – Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BYT.
• - In 2019, SMART Research obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification issued by Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS – UK
• - In Jun 2026, we have more than 50 employees based in two offices in Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi capital city.
